Temperature Control were approached for the Cat A fit out, to supply, install and commission the air conditioning for Number 1, First Street. A new multitenant commercial office block in the heart of Manchester that is home to Manchester City Council, Gazprom, Autotrader and many other recognisable names.
Project Details
Boasting 180,000sq² of prime office space over 7 floors, Temperature Control installed the application based upon the Hannan Consultants design.
This long term project was carried in just under 12 months, installing a Daikin Water cooled VRF with internally located condensing units serving ducted fan coil units.

This high specification project was completed using the latest Daikin technology with the option of an extended warranty.
The building achieved a BREEAM rating of Excellent and was completed well within the set timescales and budget.
