Temperature Control were awarded the largest fit out contract in London, in this particular calendar year for the impressive Wallbrook Building.
The building was transformed form a Cat A to Cat B fit out for the leading, process technology client Worldpay.
This state of the art building with its cutting edge design needed an installation of the highest quality to match the high end furnishings and finish for a global market leader. Installing the latest energy efficient equipment with modifications to the existing chilled water application the building achieved a BREEAM rating of Excellent.
Project Details
Completing the project in 5 months, Temperature Control oversaw the full Mechanical & Electrical works over two floors which included the ventilation, domestic water, chilled water systems and air conditioning that served the office areas, server rooms and open areas.

Project Description
Temperature Control installed Mitsubishi Electric VRF and Split Systems over two floors of the building. Making modifications to the existing ventilation and chilled water systems to allow for cellular office space to be created.
The project was completed to a very high standard, both on time and in budget with the option of an extended warranty.
