As we gather pace towards gaining our ISO14001:2004 Environmental Management accreditation I would like to take this opportunity to remind you all that we are trying to reduce our consumables and as such when printing a multi-page document could you where ever possible print on both sides of the paper.
You can do this by using the “Duplex” option which you can find by selecting the “Properties” button having first selected to print and then click on the dropdown list below the word Duplex and select the “Open to Top” option and then click the “Okay” button at the bottom.
This will print your document as though you are turning a book page from right to left.
