Reporting directly to the board of directors, our SHEQ has the authority to implement any changes needed to improve performance and to investigate non-conformance.
We operate a very strong, approved supply chain, only working with companies that are tried and tested, experienced and pass our standards tests. This allows us to offer the full package if required.
We manage our supply chain through our ‘umbrella agreement’ a unique structure, created to ensure we get the right level of service. This partnership works on an equal basis; we expect all of our installations to be conducted to our high quality standards and to our specified safe methods of work. In return, we offer free training, including health and safety as well as training on manufacturers’ equipment. We supply Temperature Control workwear and offer support by negotiating bulk discounts from major suppliers from site materials, refrigerants and specialist gases to personal protective equipment.
Through our network of offices and our supply chain we have engineers located around the UK, allowing us to respond quickly, and keep our prices competitive. These savings allow us to reduce our CO2 emissions, as well as pass on the cost savings to you.
