Digital Campus is a brand new purpose built property in the heart of Sheffield. The £110m e-Campus is the most technically advances building in Europe, establishing itself at the heart of IT and knowledge based companies around the UK and Europe.

Project Description

Temperature Control installed 13 Mitsubishi R2 Series , Heat Recovery VRF condenser units within the roof level plant deck. The ducted type systems serviced 189 indoor fan coil units across 6 floors, operated by touch screen central controllers with localised hard wired remote controls to each floor and a Bacnet, BMS interface in the roof top Plant Room.

Project Outcome

The client benefited from an energy efficient application that can simultaneously heat and cool at the same time, suitable for a cellular arrangement should this be amended to a Cat B design at a later date.
