HSBC Call Centre

“From conception to completion Temperature Control delivered an exemplary service. This was the first project for this blue chip client and the early inclusion of Temperature Control proved to be invaluable. They provided through innovation a solution which met all of the clients criteria of program, cost, quality and performance. This solution reduced the overall carbon footprint and increased efficiency to an extent which dramatically reduced the running costs of the building.”

Project Overview

The building’s existing chilled water & LPHW systems were not providing comfortable conditions, were inefficient and reaching the end of their normal working life. Also, the building didn’t have any fresh air ventilation, apart from through openable windows. The Project involved removal of all existing services, followed by the installation of new Mitsubishi VRF systems to provide heating/cooling and Mitsubishi Lossnay units to provide fresh air. Existing Denco close control systems in the server room were replaced with Airedale Units. All works were done on night shifts to ensure zero impact on call centre operations.
