IAMP (CESAM), is a manufacturing park, located on the outskirts of Sunderland, incorporating two-story office accommodation and a 98,000 square foot high bay facility, the office accommodation is installed with both Mitsubishi heat recovery and heat pump air conditioning systems throughout.

Project Description
Temperature Control Ltd carried out the supply and installation of 3 No Mitsubishi R2 Series, heat recovery and 2 No Mitsubishi Y Series, heat pump, VRF condensing units, located within the ground floor external plant compound, the VRF outdoors are connected to 53 No ducted type indoor fan coil units across the two floors, we also supplied and installed independent Mitsubishi split systems to serve the comms rooms, all systems are operated by touch screen centralised controllers, including BACnet BMS interface, with local hard-wired remote controllers installed on each floor.
Project Outcome
The client benefited from an energy-efficient application, which in part, is suitable for a cellular arrangement, should this be amended to a Cat B design at a later date.
