Project Overview
Paramount Office Interiors are a company established since 1989 and has evolved into one of the largest office fit out companies within Wales and boasts a portfolio of customers throughout the UK and Europe. The new office building was part of a number of refurbishment and construction projects being undertaken for owner Mr Nigel Roberts. Mr Roberts has great vision on future projects and the new office is used to show all existing and potential customers the ideas that his team can provide. Part of the vision also was utilising energy efficient technology and simultaneous VRV with heat recovery ventilation was considered to be the system ticking all the boxes. Part of the system is on view providing he clients an overview of what is normally hidden behind ceilings, can actually be made to look modern. All the systems were installed symmetrically even down to the rivets on ductwork making sure the best possible look was achieved, an idea insisted on to our installation engineers by our own Tony Williams.
