The Princess Quay Shopping Centre had a dramatic transformation, refurbishing the existing shopping centre into a modern retail outlet. Over a 12 month programme Temperature Control stripped out the old dilapidated equipment, replacing the old with new, using the existing water cooled condensing units.

Project Description
Temperature Control installed Mitsubishi WY Series Heat Pump Water Cooled Condensing Unit to the back of house plant area serving each individual unit. These were cassette type systems each with a hard wired controller.
Project Outcome
After the refurbishment Princess Quay Shopping Centre were able to attract high street names to the outlet with stores such as Hamleys, Hallmark, Bench, Trespass and Cotton Traders to name but a few.
